What a bizarre movie. Bizarre in so much as I just sort of assumed this was already a thing. Why are all incoming and outgoing flights not being banned?! I’d like to ask the flyers why they’re still flying. Unless you’re a frontline worker flown in for support, what possible reason do you have to travel? So what’s to stop people from flying via France or Ireland before landing here and thus avoiding quarantine? I can’t see how this system is going to work? I agree with the quarantine rule at the border. Stop importing viruses and spreading in the UK until we found an effective vaccine. We have to be patient and protect ourselves and our loved ones.
