I’ve been dealing with an itchy throat bc of my allergies. It’s so annoying. I use Flonase to help with my allergies and it works great. I have been constantly monitoring myself for any abnormalities and usually take an allergy pill USAToday, it’s crazy how hard it would be for someone to notice at first if they just assumed their body was working as normal. Boil water with salt, pour n a basin d boiled water, cover ur head with a blanket, and inhale d steam of boiled water. Repeat every 45 minutes. Drink constant ginger tea, hot water, or simple tea of ur choice. Hot choco milk, coffee, etc. No cold drinks. Asthma and allergies aren’t fucking around in Texas with the weather changing constantly.
