Twill is a better weave. Use it for She works willingly with her hands shirt of the mask and then you can use cotton for the inside. 180 count material is not a tight weave. Denim is a twill weave. Initially, I doubled it but I was concerned about She works willingly with her hands shirt and moisture from the nose and mouth, and then on a medical website [sorry I didn’t bookmark the site to share] it was suggested to use the twill for the outside and a normal cotton for the inside, where 180 count may be okay. You can find twill on eBay, and you can select locations in the USA on the left of the page. Good luck. I use a bandanna folded twice, long-ways. Four layers of fabric, with a coffee filter in the middle.

It’ll get the sizing out and tighten up the fabric. Please put tissue papers/paper towels inside as a filter. Just cloth masks are weak.
