I back into my garage every night because if I can’t get it started I can get it jumped easily. Then off I go to get whatever it needs so that it won’t happen again. My dad taught me this. The real win is a flawless parallel park. I feel like a Taters over haters shirt when I do. I’ll stand outside my car for an extra few seconds just basking in the sweet sweet glory. Sometimes we just back into the park so we can leave in a hurry in the early morning cuz traffic in the parking lot and on the streets. Set yourself up for it Bazaar. It’s easier to pull in because of a better angle and easier to pull out when leaving because you can see straight ahead if there’s people, cars, etc. More accidents happen while backing up than pulling out.

I always back into a parking space so I can make a quick getaway. My Mom went into a store while my sister and I waited in the Taters over haters shirt. Safer to pull out when you exit. (Went through driver training from my employer who stressed that.) Think about it! Nope, I started to back into parking spaces after some crazy lady hit my car. I was already backing out of my parking space she was going about 35mph in a parking plaza in the opposite lane and hit me. I had a witness that collaborated my version of what happened. She still won the case and my insurance had to pay. In Arizona, the person backing up carries 100% liability. They really do. Just how they look at you as they back in. It’s almost like they look at you as peasants.
